ARMED FORCES AFFILIATIONS

Armed Forces affiliations include close relationships, honorary roles, and financial support, serving as expressions of gratitude and solidarity with the armed forces while recognizing their essential contributions to national defence.

As a demonstration of the Company’s enduring support for it’s Armed Forces affiliations, including the Cadets, the Master signed the Armed Forces Covenant in 2024.

Royal Navy

There are two unit affiliations with the Royal Navy:

HMS VICTORIOUS at Faslane

814 Naval Air Squadron at Royal Naval Air Station Culdrose

Royal Logistic Corps

The affiliation with the Army can be traced back to the Royal Army Ordnance Corps which was merged in the the Royal Logistic Corps in 1992. Thus whilst the affiliation is with the whole Corps the focus is on Explosive Ordnance Disposal. This is predominantly with:

11 EOD and Search Regiment RLC at Vauxhall Barracks, Didcot

Defence Explosive Ordnance Disposal, Munitions and Search Training Regiment at MoD Kineton
